returns

we don’t offer returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully before placing your order.

however, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair under Australian Consumer Law if your item:

  • arrives faulty or damaged
  • is significantly different from what was described
  • does not perform as expected

damages & issues

please check your order once it arrives.

if something isn’t right, email us at afterlightclub.co@gmail.com within a reasonable time of receiving your order with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photos (if applicable)

we’ll review this and make it right as quickly as possible.

returns process

if your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on what to do next.

depending on the situation, this may include:

  • a replacement being sent
  • a refund issued
  • or a return being arranged

please do not send items back without contacting us first.

refunds

if a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
